In a bowl, melt the butter. When it is completely liquid, mix in the honey, pineapple juice, mustard, salt, and curry powder. Stir well to combine. The heat should cause the honey to thin.
Handle the hot melted butter with care. Be sure to use a microwave-safe container, like one made from glass or ceramic.
Place the chicken pieces on a baking tray. Make sure there's about an inch of space separating each piece so that they can cook evenly. Spoon the sauce over the pieces of chicken, giving each a thick coat.
For a quicker cleanup, you can try laying a piece of foil over your cooking sheet and using a cooking spray or a light brushing of oil to prevent sticking.
Bake for one hour. After 30 minutes of cook time, carefully remove the tray from the oven and turn the pieces over. Put the tray back in and start checking on the chicken for done-ness about every ten minutes or so.
Your chicken is done when the thickest part of the meat is soft and white all the way through and the juices run clear. Ideally, the outside of the chicken should have a pleasant golden-brown shade at this point.
The FDA recommends an internal temperature of about 165 degrees F (about 74 degrees C). A food thermometer can help here.
Let cool. When the chicken is done, remove it from the oven. Don't cut into it just yet — let it sit for about five to ten minutes so it can cool. After this, simply serve with your favorite side and enjoy!

3 cups cooked chicken pieces
Paprika
Parsley
Combine the first three ingredients thoroughly and form into a ball. Do not knead the dough
Divide the dough into two parts.Roll each part paper thin. To make this easier, roll the dough on a lightly floured surface.
Allow the dough to dry 5 to 10 minutes.
Cut noodles into thin strips using a sharp knife.
Add seasonings to chicken broth.

Add noodles and boil 9 to 12 minutes, or until noodles are tender
Add chicken and continue cooking only until the chicken is heated through.
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley.

Meatballs are a common meal in many countries. In fact, the ancient Romans were found to possess a number of meatball recipes that are similar to those that are eaten today. Today's meatballs can be made with tomato sauce in the Italian and Spanish traditions or cream sauce in the Swedish tradition. Although many meatball varieties are baked or fried, putting them in the slow cooker will ensure they are tender and flavorful. Learn how to make meatballs in a crockpot.
Place 1.5 lbs. (680g) of ground beef in a bowl. Instead of using only beef, you can mix substitute ground pork, ground turkey, or a combination of these meats.
Spanish-style meatballs are often made with only pork. Swedish meatballs are often only ground beef. Italian recipes frequently feature a combination of beef and pork. Ground turkey works serves to make traditional meatball recipes healthier.Add 1.25 cups (135g) of breadcrumbs. For a more intense flavor, sprinkle Italian seasoning atop the breadcrumbs. Place them on a baking sheet with some olive oil and toast for up 5 to 10 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit (149 degrees Celsius).
Instead of using breadcrumbs, you can substitute boxed stuffing mix. This is a fast way to improve the flavor, but it will contain added salt and sugar.
Mince 2 cloves of garlic. Place them in the meat mixture.
Add 1/4 cup (15g) of chopped fresh parsley.
Chop up 1 medium-sized white onion. The pieces should be small to incorporate better into the meatball. Place the chopped onion in the meat mix.
For Spanish crockpot meatballs, combine 1.5 tsp. (6.3g) ground cumin and 1.5 tsp. (6.3g) of smoked paprika in addition to the parsley and onion. Withhold the garlic and Italian seasoning.
For Swedish crockpot meatballs, combine 1/2 cup (54g) of plain bread crumbs, 1/4 cup (59ml) of milk or beef stock, 1 tsp. (6g) salt, 1/4 tsp. (0.5g) pepper, 1/8 tsp. (0.6g) allspice and a dash of nutmeg into the ground beef, instead of parsley and garlic.
Beat an egg. Add it to the meat mixture bowl.Combine the mixture with a wooden spoon. If it is not mixing well, you may need to use your hands. Stop mixing when it looks uniform.
You can opt to wear plastic food handling gloves if you are uncomfortable mixing with your hands.
Form the mixture into approximately 16 to 20 meat balls. For a uniform shape, use a small ice cream scoop to form each ball. Roll it in the palm of your hands to make it more round.
Meatball size can be based on preference. However, you may want to make them at least 1.5 inches (3.8cm) in diameter in order to ensure they don't cook too fast in a slow cooker.Heat a skillet to medium high temperature. Add 1.5 tbsp. (22ml) of olive oil to the skillet.Brown all sides of the meatballs. You will need to do this in 2 batches. Transfer your first batch to the slow cooker, and then add another 1.5 tbsp. (22ml) of olive oil to the skillet for the next batch.
If you are making Swedish meatballs, use 3 tbsp. (43g) of butter to brown the meatballs, instead of olive oil.
Place all the meatballs in the slow cooker in 1 layer.Mix together a 16 oz. (473ml) can of crushed tomatoes, a 14.25 oz. (421ml) can of tomato puree and a 28 oz. (828ml) can of tomato sauce. Pour it over the meatballs in the crockpot. This recipe will make a lot of tomato sauce so it can be served over spaghetti.
For Spanish meatballs, add 1 28 oz. (828ml) can of diced tomatoes to the crockpot.
For Swedish meatballs, whisk 2 tbsp. (16g) of flour into the skillet after browning the meatballs. It should combine with the leftover butter. Wait until it is browned, and then add 2 cups (473ml) of beef broth. Pour the gravy mixture over the meatballs.
Cover the slow cooker. Place it on the "low" setting
Set the meatballs to cook for 6 to 8 hours, depending upon how hot your crockpot tends to be.Serve Italian meatballs over spaghetti. Serve Spanish meatballs with crusty French bread. Serve Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes.

Boneless chicken
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
teaspoon red chili powder
Corn flour
Salt
Thinly sliced onion
Ginger, julienned
Split green chili
Cubed green bell peppers
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon green chilli sauce
2 tablespoons sweet tomato ketchup
Marinate the boneless chicken pieces with 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon red chili powder (optionally can use pepper powder), corn flour, and salt. Marinate the chicken for 30 min.
Shallow fry the marinated chicken in oil after 30 minutes. Take it out when it is slightly brown in color and is cooked.
Heat oil in a wok. Bring down the flame. Add 1 thinly sliced onion, few ginger julienne and split green chili.
When the onions become translucent, add cubed green bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes until the bell peppers become soft.
Now when cooked add 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon green chilli sauce and 2 tablespoons sweet tomato ketchup.
Now to this mix add the shallow fried chicken pieces, give a nice stir and cook for a while.
Transfer to plate, garnish with onion rings and serve hot

Many popular recipe ingredients have easy homemade substitutions. If your recipe calls for heavy cream and you don't have any, don't worry. You can make your own heavy cream substitute with just a few simple ingredients in a matter of minutes! Note: unlike store-bought heavy cream this recipe will not beat into whipped cream.
Ingredients
3/4 cup whole milk
1/3 cup butter

Melt the butter. Start with butter than has been thawed to room temperature. There are a few different ways to melt the butter. Here are some methods to consider:
Melt it on the stove. Put your butter in a skillet and turn the heat on low. Butter melts between 82 and 97ºF (28–36ºC), which can be about room temperature on a hot day. Keep an eye on your butter and remove it from heat when about 3/4 of the butter has melted. Use a spoon or spatula to spread the butter over the bottom of the pan as it melts.
Melt it in the microwave. Chop the butter into small pieces and place it in a microwave-safe container for about 10 seconds at a time until melted.
Pour the melted butter into the milk. In a medium bowl, mix together 1/3 cup butter (melted) and 3/4 cup whole milk. Make sure you have let your butter cool before pouring it into the milk
If you prefer to use milk with a lower fat content you'll need to add 1 tbsp of flour to help your cream thicken
Whisk your ingredients together. Whisk together with an electric mixer, handheld whisker, fork, or spoon. Mix for several minutes until the cream is thick and frothy.
Be aware that this homemade heavy cream will not whip into whipping cream like store-bought heavy cream will.
Store your heavy cream (optional). Place your heavy cream into a covered container in the refrigerator and store for 1 to 2 days.

Use your homemade heavy cream. You can substitute this 1 cup (236ml) of homemade heavy cream in baked goods, soups, and savory sauces immediately.

Ever wonder why you can't taste any parmesan on your Chicken Parm? Well, we can fix that...
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
basil
mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese
breadcrumbs
tomato sauce(no preference)
eggs
flour
Split chicken breasts into pieces of equal width and height (take a knife and slit breast while it is parallel to you).
Take flour, cracked eggs, and breadcrumbs mix it with basil and put them each in separate bowls.
Dip the chicken in flour first, then eggs, then the breadcrumbs mixed with basil.
Add vegetable oil to a pan on medium heat. Place each piece of breaded chicken into the pan. Fry until the center has very little or no pink. (they will go in the oven for additional baking)
Pour the tomato sauce over chicken just enough to go over the top.
Sprinkle cheeses over the chicken and sauce.
Arrange in shallow baking dish and bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
Chicken should be a golden brown color when its done and cheese should be completely melted.
