Milkshakes with bananas are excellent breakfasts, snacks in the middle of the day and remedies against the hangover. Because bananas blend so well with other flavors, it is easy to create a smoothie to suit your particular tastes. ½ to 1 cup (120 to 240 milliliters) milk
1 tablespoon (15 grams) of honey
5-8 ice cubes (optional)
Peel and cut a banana, and put in a blender. For a thicker shake, use a frozen banana. If you do not have a blender, you can use a food processor with metal blade.
Add milk and honey. The more milk is used, the thinner smoothie you will get. For a thicker shake, use plain or vanilla yogurt instead.


For the extra protein, add 3 tablespoons (45 grams) of peanut butter.
To accentuate the flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon powder.
If you can not find honey, you can use sugar, agave honey, stevia or even maple syrup.
Fill it with ice if desired. If you use frozen bananas, you can skip the ice unless you like very thick shakes.
Mix the ingredients until everything is smooth. It should not be any lumps or lumps. From time to time, you may need to put in the mixer to open it and push the ingredients to the sides with a rubber spatula.
Depending on the type of mixer you have, you may need to select a parameter, such as "beat", "mix" or "puree".
