How to grilled salmon

Marinate the salmon enough to serve 8:
Garlic powder

Season the salmon. Mix dry seasoning powder with garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl of salmon and dust evenly with this.



Marinate for a few hours. Mix the lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, water and vegetable oil until dissolved well mixed and sugar, then pour into a large plastic Ziploc bag with fish.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and not more than 4. Turn occasionally to mix things up.
Turn on the grill.
