How to make chicken nuggets 

Chicken nuggets in some different varieties and can be seasoned in a number of different ways. This recipe is a simple but delicious variety. Start at step one below.
Ingredients
Boneless chicken legs, cut into two pieces
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 to 5 cloves of crushed garlic
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper - black or white
Salt
1/4 cup corn, seasoned with little salt (regular flour can be replaced, if desired)
Egg, beaten with little water
1/2 cup dried chapel
Vegetable oil for frying
Place the chicken pieces in a bowl.


Add the juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Leave the chicken marine pendant six to eight hours. Put it in the refrigerator or in another place where it will not be contaminated.
Beat the egg in a bowl with a little water.

Put each chicken piece well with maida. Press well in maida Ordinary white flour can also be used.
Dip each chicken piece into the egg, then press each into the chapel. Put the coated chicken pieces in the refrigerator until the frying time.

Put the oil in a saucepan and set the heat to medium. Reduce the heat and then fry the chips for 3 to 4 minutes, two to three pieces at a time, until the golden brown and chicken is cooked.
Drain oil with absorbent paper.
Garnish with lemon wedges and coriander or parsley. Serve hot with a sauce.c
