How to make Cheery Ice Cream
Nothing tastes as good as fresh foods, home and ice cream is
no exception! This recipe is a relatively quick way to make a cherry ice cream
that does not contain artificial flavoring or coloring and has an absolutely
delicious taste! 350 g (3 / 4lb, 50) cherries, fresh

750 ml (25 fl oz) single cream or half and half
150 g (3/4 cup) powdered sugar
Remove the stones and purify the cherries. Degrease the
cherries, being careful not to lose any of the cherries fruits.Placez in a
blender or food processor and prune puree. Once you have prepared all the
cherries, puree so that what is left is a soft paste. Leave it aside.
Make a cream base. Separate the eggs, if you have not done
so, keeping the egg yolks in a small bowl and throwing white. Beat the yolks
until well beaten.
Mix the egg yolks in a saucepan with the cream and powdered
sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently until the sugar dissolves and
mixes almost to a boil.
Remove from heat and pour into a cold bowl or jar. Fresh
fruit and pastry cream complètement.Combiner. Once the mixture is cool, add the
cherry puree thoroughly.
Transfer everything on your ice cream machine. Check the
manufacturer's instructions, but for this amount, you may need to set the
machine for about 30 minutes.
To serve. Once the time runs out and you installed that ice
cream, just take it and serve it. Add a few fresh cherries as ingredients if
desired.
