How to make Chicken Parmesan
Have you ever wondered why you can not try any parmesan on
their chicken parm? Well, we can solve this problem ...
ingredients
4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
basil
Mozzarella
cheese parmesan
breadcrumbs
Tomato sauce (no preference)
eggs
Flour
Divide the chicken breasts into pieces of equal width and
height (take a knife and cut the chest while parallel to you).
Take the flour, cracked eggs and grated bread, mix with the
basil and put them in separate containers.
Dip the chicken in the flour, then the egg, then the bread
crumbs mixed with basil first.
Add vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place
each piece of breaded chicken in the pan. Fry until the center has very little
or no pink. (Going into the oven for additional cooking)
Pour the tomato sauce over enough to go on the chicken.
Sprinkle cheese over chicken and sauce.
Place in a baking dish and bake shallow for 35 minutes at
375 degrees.
The chicken should be golden brown when finished and the cheese
should be completely melted.
