How to make healthy breakfast
If you are trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy body
shape / weight, or just something tasty for breakfast, read on!
ingredients
Olive oil, margarine or linseed margarine
2-3 eggs
Vegetables (onion, green pepper, red pepper)
Flour tortillas
sauce
Salt and pepper
Crack 2-3 eggs (for one person) in a bowl or large glass.
Beat with a fork or spoon until the yellow and white are
mixed. Put it aside. Take a medium casserole and fat with a healthy oil; Use
extra virgin olive oil if you can, or margarine (flax margarine is great).
Leave the pot aside with eggs. Now start cutting the vegetables as you prefer
bite size pieces.
Place the pan on top of the stove and put it medium-low to
begin with. Add vegetables after 2-3 minutes.
Vegetables until a little less gold cooking. Or until the
smell of delicious looking vegetables hits your face.
Add the eggs and make a gesture to cut / mix to make
scrambled eggs. Remove the burner when looking gold. Let cool slightly. Still,
you want them to be warm and thawed. Take two tortillas and place them on a
plate. Add a small line of eggs in the middle, depending on the size of the
tortilla.
Add salt and pepper. This operation is optional.
