How to make Tandoori Chicken 

A tandoor is a cylindrical furnace clay heating on a high fire with coal or wood and used in India for cooking bread and roasting meat. Tandoori chicken is marinated in a dish Indian yogurt, ginger, garlic, cumin powder, red pepper powder, garam masala and baked Tandoor. The oven is also ideal for grilling.
ingredients
Chicken - 4-8 pieces (stick)
Natural yogurt - 1 cup
salt pepper
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Paprika powder - 1 teaspoon
Ginger, finely chopped - 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped garlic - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon Wash, drain and chicken.


Mix all ingredients with yogurt.
Add chicken
.Marinate For 4-6 hours or all night.
Grill / Marinated chicken in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
Garnish with sliced red onion, coriander and lime juice
